I was commissioned by archies footwear as the product manager to lead the redesign of their landing pages to increase customer conversion rate. The redesign increased conversion rate by 28%, it increased average value per purchase by 15%, and company revenue by 5% year over year. Archies footwear is an australian based flip flop company. The landing page was REdesigned to distinguish the product from competition by highlighting product features, product benefits, and PRODUCT REVIEWS BY CUSTOMERS AND PODIATRISTS.

With the success of the landing page THE WEBSITE REDESIGN used the same strategy to FURTHER EDUCATe CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE PRODUCT, ITS LONG TERM VALUE, AND SHOWCASING ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS throughout the website TO UPSELL to THE CUSTOMER. This strategic redesign further increased conversion rate by 21%, average value per purchase by 17%, and company revenue by 11%.
