website and logo redesign

I was commissioned by B&J to rebrand their company, design their website and their business cards and letterheads. Bikakis & Johns is a jewelry studio run by two master goldsmiths. Their studio specializes in a time consuming, hand fabricated, gold granulation technique that thoughtfully served as the foundation of the new company’s image. This caused business revenue to increase by 58% year over year.

After finding that many of the customers contact B&J directly from their mobile devices while viewing the website to receive quotes and ask details regarding what bespoke pieces they are capable of making I made the website more mobile friendly and added a link in the contact page so customers could more easily start the quoting and purchase process for new pieces of jewelry with a phone call or email. this mobile click to call link increased website conversion rate by 20% and increased sales revenue by 16% year over year.

Market research and analysis informed my redesign of the B&J brand identity. I am currently implementing a ten year marketing campaign. The brand identity included a website, logo, letterheads, business cards. For the marketing campaign I met with showrooms and increased representation and increase gross annual sales by 15%, from $325,000 to $373,750 in one year.
