Website Information Architecture Development

I was commissioned by wyeth to increase product sales on their e-commerce website. I found the unintuitive product categorization system was the primary customer pain point preventing them from easily purchasing from wyeth online. After improving the product categorization, subcategorization, product titling, and product tags, the search bar as well as the drop down menu became far easier to use. These improvements to the website increased sales revenue by 18% year over year.

Website Product Rental option

I was also commissioned by wyeth to increase online revenue. After seeing a need for luxury furniture rentals in the tri-state area in the high end real-estate market I successfully proposed and created a furniture rental option on the website. This increased revenue by 2% year over year.

I was commissioned by Wyeth to increase website conversion rate. After reviewing the website analytics I found that many of the website users were interior designers using the website via mobile device. More importantly I realized that a large percentage of the website users exited the website in order to call the showroom. This realization prompted me to create a Mobile Click to Call button. Creating this call to action for mobile callers increased website conversion rate by 34%, the average total value of each purchase by 10% and increased revenue by 7% year over year.
